The Family House located in the Coquillard Woods neighborhood is a 3 bedroom, 3 & a half bathroom 2200+ sq foot house that has everything to meet your needs during your visit to South Bend. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table that seats 6 and Keurig for coffee (pods provided), family meals and early mornings will feel like home.

The sunroom has a table that seats four and an abundance of natural light from the beautifully landscaped backyard. The sunroom also walks out to an attached deck with an accessible 6 person hot tub. During football season the games can be heard from the backyard while sitting around the fire pit.

Each room is designed for comfort and with family in mind. The living room, master bedroom and basement is equipped with a SMART TV. Each room has wireless phone chargers that work for most smart phones and Apple HomePod Speakers that are ready to listen to your commands and play any song you want to hear.

This house is located 1 mile from the edge of the Notre Dame campus (you can walk!), close to Eddy Commons shopping and restaurants, Trader Joe’s, farmers market, and IUSB. Stay close to restaurants, shopping and all the action South Bend has to offer!
